Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company standards.
- Perform quality assurance checks, including visual inspections, measurements, and tests, to verify product specifications and identify any defects or deviations.
- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or patterns that may indicate potential quality issues.
- Conduct quality audits to assess adherence to Quality Control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformances found.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Quality Control or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with Quality Control techniques such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns.
- Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
