Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, analyzing data, and implementing Quality Control measures to maintain compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines.
Duties:
- Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to conduct accurate measurements and evaluations
- Analyze data and test results to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct audits of quality systems and procedures to ensure adherence to established protocols
- Fabricate samples for testing purposes and maintain accurate records of all inspections performed
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on Quality Control procedures and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, Quality Control methodologies, and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines
- Proficient in analyzing data and interpreting test results
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
