Assist with scheduling and coordination of audits. Assist with quality agreement generation and maintenance. Manage company and departmental subscription services as required. Assist with management of electronic regulatory library. General department support including: Making arrangements for meetings; coordinate customer visits Ordering supplies Managing department metrics output Filing, both electronic files and printed documents Assist with communications to Lifecore clients Document Control and Label Control assistance as assigned.This position could be a great fit for you have strong administrative and organizational skills, along with the following: 2-5 years' administrative work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Microsoft TEAMS experience preferred. Proven superior organizational skills with the high attention to detail required in an FDA regulated environment. Excellent composition, proofreading, and editing skills. Established ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in teams. High degree of professionalism with excellent verbal communication skills.
