Job Summary:
- Oversees the Quality Assurance department and staff.
- Develops, implements, and maintains a system of quality and testing for products/processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains Quality Assurance staff.
- Monitors testing lab and chemistry lab performance.
- Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination following company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements process procedures for quality, function, and reliability.
- Sets quality standards and parameters for products.
- Communicates standards to QA team and relevant staff.
- Coordinates product testing processes.
- Identifies and analyzes recurring issues, defects, and problems; recommends solutions.
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
- Maintains compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 guidelines and policies.
- Performs other assigned duties.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Three to five years of related field experience, supervisory experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
