Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager in Oklahoma to ensure that all our products and services meet and exceed industry quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Quality Assurance policies and systems as well as developing, maintaining, monitoring, & advising on the performance of the quality management system. The ideal candidate will produce data and measure quality standards against current operations as well.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee quality standards and procedures for the company.
Manage product testing processes and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
Lead the Quality Assurance team and provide training and support to staff.
Timely completion of performance evaluations of staff
Handle quality-related customer complaints and issues.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of all purchased materials.
Maintain detailed records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role.
Strong knowledge of methodologies of Quality Assurance and standards.
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with databases.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.).
