Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hire and train Quality Assurance staff.
- Monitor testing and chemistry labs to ensure testing performance.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and create process procedures to ensure product processes meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability.
- Set and communicate appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Coordinate product testing processes.
- Identify and analyze recurring issues, defects, and problems; recommend and facilitate solutions.
- Review client, customer, and user feedback.
- Maintain compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 guidelines and policies, ensuring certifications are up-to-date.
- Perform other assigned duties.

Education and Experience:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
