Position Summary
The QA Payroll Manager – Strategic Accounts will continually work with the Strategic Accounts Team to ensure that the quality of our payroll, invoices and reporting is top notch.
This position is responsible for determining changes to payroll schedules to ensure appropriate account coverage as well as leading the Strategic Accounts Processors and Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Works closely with QA Lifecycle Action Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of termination checks, job titles,employee transfers and new worksite locations set up.
- Coordinates with QA Specialist to conduct main payroll audits.
- Research system abnormalities and identify solutions with QA Specialist.
- Liaison with HR, Finance, Benefits and Client Success departments management to ensure process flow, procedures and overall quality is as expected
- Provide Director feedback on common errors, training opportunities, and employee adoption and quality
- Ensure that all billing is properly and appropriately generated and invoiced
- Constantly review work for accuracy and make recommendations for improvements to processes and work output
- Ensure that all payrolls are delivered in a timely manner.
