Financial Planning & Analysis Group Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Group Manager for its New York, NY location.
Duties: Guide Mumbai team in drafting model documents and decision-making in technical issues. Review draft model documents and provide comments. Draft any documents when necessary. Manage all communications with other ICG teams and corporate team. Focus on financial reviews with ICG CFO and overlays during CCAR/QMMF cycles. Act as owner and master all model working files. Prepare all model documents independently. Handle daily financials and prepare review materials in CCAR cycles. Own Ruby implementation and all other routine communications with Ruby team. Handle all submission and routine actions in iMRMS, ICG SharePoint, and EUG portal. Assist in model development and ad-hoc analysis. Assess risk when business decisions are made in compliance with Citi's practices. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.
Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Accounting, Global Management, or a related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Employer will accept pre- or post- Master's degree experience. Seven (7) years of experience must include: Essbase, Tableau, SAP, SAS, Teradata, Assessment of models (Modeling Output Analysis), and Macro-economic data assessment for unemployment rate and inflation; CPI (Consumer Price Index), Case Shiller (House Price Index), and Overlay adjustments over and above model outputs; Forecasting (CCAR/CECL/ICAAP), planning, and complex financial modeling skills used in the financial services industry; Maintaining overlays, Model limitation, Annual Model Review, Ongoing Performance Assessments, and Model Development documentation; Qualitative and quantitative modeling inputs to support financial analysis process; Conducting financial and profitability analysis to evaluate potential costs, benefits, risks, and returns associated with business opportunities and strategic choices; and Preparing strategic plans and budgets and managing relationships. 40 hrs./wk.
