Form of work We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager for a direct hire opportunity. Must have ADP Workforce Now experience.
Pay $125,000 to $145,000
Responsibilities for the Payroll Manager:Will be responsible for processing payroll for 1500 EE for multiple locations/statesMust have heavy payroll auditing experienceWill manage and oversee the full cycle payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the payrollMust have strong understanding of multi-state payroll, state regulations, meal premiums and overtime rules Will develop, implement and maintain payroll policies, procedures and ensure best practicesEnsure payroll is processed in a timely and accurately, including taxes, deductions and benefitsWill oversee and lead the payroll team and provide training and guidance
Requirements for the Payroll Manager:BA/BS in Accounting or Finance5+ years of full cycle payroll processingMust have ADP WFN experienceProficient in Excel - vlookup and pivot tablesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
