Position Title:Purchasing Clerk
Shift: Monday-Friday 1st Shift: 7am – 3:30pm (Plus OT as needed)
Location: Riverside, CA 92501
Range of Pay: $18.00-$18.25 per hr. (DOE)
Job Functions:
• Email or fax all purchase orders
• Update all purchasing logs (purchase orders, invoices, and received material)
• Follow up with vendors on ETA’s for material and update logs
• Process packing slips and vendor invoices
• Type work orders
• Inform customer service of any delays in materials
• Enter inventory in the logs
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of office experience.
· Minimum of 1 year of Purchasing experience
· Must have good attendance.
