Responsibilities
- Accept rental payments and provide receipts
- Inspect properties regularly and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
- Assign maintenance technicians or subcontractors to maintenance requests
- Schedule yearly maintenance
- Oversee and manage maintenance and cleaning technicians
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service to all owners and tenants
- Maintain and adhere to property and company budgets
- Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
- At least 1 year of experience with property management software (Appfolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager)
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Wisconsin statutes and DATCP
- Knowledge of property maintenance (interior, exterior)
