SalaryJob Description: Wave Management is a locally owned real estate management company, based in Cedarburg, with retail, office and residential properties ranging from Grafton to downtown Milwaukee. We are looking for a part time employee who is able to handle administrative office duties as well as travel to the properties as necessary. Hours are flexible.
Job Duties: Paying bills, entering rents into our software program, fielding calls, texts and emails from tenants, contractors, etc., showing vacant space, handling Airbnb inquiries, liaising with condo boards, general office support and various jobs related to property management.
Job Requirements: Hardworking, diligent, friendly, organized, technologically experienced, valid driver’s license, great communication skills, a positive attitude and a self-starter who can multi-task and work unsupervised.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
