Fulltime apartment community manager
Duties to Include:
- Leasing of apartment homes
- Preparing leasing paperwork
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Resident relations
- Supervise and direct community staff
- Control costs on all aspects of property
- Coordinate and direct all vendors in relation to property
- Assist with snow removal if needed
Qualifications: Successful candidates should have experience in customer service, be a self-starter, possess computer skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Candidates should be organized, have great attention to detail and possess problem solving skills.
– Strong leadership background
– Experience in leading and motivating teams to meet goals
– Ability to multi-task and organizational skills
– Yardi software experience preferred but not a must
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Compensation: Based upon experience
