Roaring Fork is one of the nation’s largest QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee, operating 61 restaurants primarily in Wisconsin. With continued growth in mind, we are excited to have recently opened 7 Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurants in Wisconsin. Through its real estate affiliates, we have invested, developed, and manage an extensive portfolio of commercial real estate properties. Most properties are2-3 tenant, retail developments with brand name tenants you will recognize. Job Description/duties:

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of our multi-site Commercial Properties. The Property Management team works closely with lease administration, accounting, call center, and ownership to ensure the successful fiscal and operating performance of the properties while achieving high tenant satisfaction. The Property Management team is responsible for the physical condition of the properties and for ensuring property operating procedures are followed. This is accomplished by establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and driving high quality work and service. Responsibilities initially would include but not be limited to:

  • Responds to tenant needs, resolving problems promptly.
  • Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and safety standards.
  • Supports third party brokers with marketing and leasing information related to the property and making the space available to be shown to prospective tenants.
  • Acts as an additional contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met.
  • Prepares and delivers timely, accurate and complete reports.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
  • Monitors all necessary vendor contracts for the assigned properties.
  • Assist with the supervision of maintenance service providers to better insure tenant relations.
  • Create and monitor work orders for maintenance and repairs by maintenance technicians and contractors.
  • Assist Property Manager during emergency situations that may arise.
  • Assist with the responsibility to respond to our third party call center on evenings and weekends, calls which are few and infrequent.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Two years’ or more of related experience working with multi-site Commercial Properties.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Work independently with little supervision and have great troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with property management software a plus but not required.
  • Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with scheduling, supervising, and evaluating maintenance work a plus but not required.
  • Basic understanding of building systems, such as plumbing, electric, flooring, roofing, carpentry, cleaning procedures/practices, landscaping, and snow removal.
  • Possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license and own and have available reliable transportation and automobile insurance for personal vehicle transportation.
  • Demonstrate ability to read and comprehend the English language.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
