As a Full-Time Leasing Agent for our apartment complexes, you'll be responsible for leasing available units, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our properties. Your primary focus will be on attracting prospective tenants, facilitating lease agreements, and fostering positive relationships with current and potential residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting amenities, floor plans, and community features.
2. Customer Service: Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Address resident concerns, maintenance requests, and leasing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
3. Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, including online listings, social media outreach, and community events. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling advertising materials.
4. Lease Administration: Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and state regulations. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with current residents through regular communication, community events, and proactive outreach. Address resident issues and concerns promptly to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
6. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, rental inquiries, and move-in/move-out inspections. Assist with administrative tasks such as lease renewals, rent collection, and lease terminations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
