Assistant Property Manager- Mukwonago

The Assistant Property Manager-works in conjunction with the Property Manager-Mukwonago to manage daily operations of the Mukwonago Portfolio under the direction of the Property Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

create schedules, compile paperwork and maintain files.

Perform pre-move and move-out apartment inspections, as needed.

Accurately present apartments to prospective tenants including size and layout of rooms, available facilities, services available, and terms of lease.

Ensure the highest level of resident/customer satisfaction and resident retention. Ensure tenant satisfaction by promptly investigating complaints and following up on resident maintenance requests.

Respond to voice mail and e-mail messages and faxed apartment inquiry leads; answer incoming telephone calls and schedule appointments for showings.

Complete and mail a follow up letter for all showings within 48 hours of the visit.

Process applications, including employment verifications and credit reports.

Complete lease agreements and review them with residents for signature.

Maintain files and assist with various bookkeeping tasks.

Maintain and update traffic reports and leasing activity board.

Confirm that maintenance and housekeeping has been performed and apartment is ready for occupancy.

Knowledge of and compliance with fair housing, local, state and federal regulatory agencies.

Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.

Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.

Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

Must have the ability to work in a team environment and successfully and positively communicate with supervisor, members of other departments, peers, customers and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
