Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain strong resident relations, ensuring that residents are served well.
• Market the property.
• Oversee the leasing of apartments and ensure that occupancy rates are maintained.
• Process new applications, re-certifications and provide required information to compliance.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Supervise resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
• Work with the Regional Manager to develop, monitor and achieve annual budget objectives.
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be very organized, with a strong attention to detail.
- Must have strong communication and people management skills.
- Must be flexible and able to shift priorities if needed.
- Must be able to move quickly, think on one's feet, and multitask.
- Must have a valid drivers license and insurance.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Prior property management / leasing experience helpful.
- Experience with Section 42, HUD Section 8, and/or Rural Development a plus.
