Duties:

- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as diaper changing and potty training
- Follow established routines and schedules to maintain consistency for the children
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying up play areas

Skills:

Safe House Property Management LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service (Lot Attendant). The Customer Service (Lot Attendant) provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offers company-approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification, and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient, timely rental and return experience, lot management, vehicle transport, and vehicle cleanliness.

Responsibilities

· Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner

· Provide superior, efficient Customer Service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment.

· Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.

· Answer incoming calls for reservations, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors

· Knowledgeable and constant usage of the Turo application

· Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned

· Assess condition of rental upon return

· Notify Management of any known customer problems

· Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance

· Report claims, incidentals, and additional usage directly in the Turo application

· Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities and any company-sponsored classroom training

· Proactively work with other team members to ensure a high level of Customer Service

· Ensure company standards for vehicle cleanliness and quality control.

  • Create a positive experience for club members and customers.
  • Responsible for lot organization and movement of vehicles
  • Clean and sanitize the vehicle according to Turo standards, clean all exterior and interior windows and mirrors and vacuum the interior, floor, seats, windows, and tires
  • Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle.
  • Verify appropriate stickers are attached to the vehicle (registration, plates, etc.)
  • Perform local automobile deliveries.
  • Perform photo taking of vehicles
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of the area as needed, following all rules of the road.
  • Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles.
  • Work independently or as a part of a team
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Must have 2 consecutive years of valid driving experience

· Must present a certified 3-year motor vehicle record

· High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

· Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations, no at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI)

· Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

· Must be able to work outdoors in the elements with long periods of standing

Pay: $35,045.33 - $39,205.13 per year
