```Overview:```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

```Duties:```

- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner

- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants

- Utilize property management software such as Appfolio to track and manage tenant information, lease agreements, and financial records

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors

- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to property standards

- Oversee the collection of rent payments and manage delinquencies

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors

- Manage contracts for services such as landscaping, security, and waste removal

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and contractors

- Proficiency in property management software such as Appfolio or similar platforms

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and managing financial transactions

- Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
