It has been a busy year of growth for Red Bicycle and as we continue to promote crew members to managers, we are looking for passionate industry professionals to join our team and help us Brew A Better World!

Red Bicycle Coffee is known for its excellent food and locally roasted craft coffee, and we take pride in exceeding our customers expectations with our exceptional customer service. It’s up to each of our team members to create the friendly atmosphere that our customers expect and enjoy. In order to deliver this experience, we need a strong Front-of-House leader with flexible daytime and weekend availability.

What We’re Looking For

*Someone with relevant experience (6+ months) and proficient in the world of craft coffee *Someone with an infectiously enthusiastic attitude *Someone that loves to help and serve others *Someone passionate about expanding their knowledge of coffee preparation *Someone with weekend availability

As a LeadBarista, you will be responsible for:

*Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments *Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages *Training and educating all Front-of-House team members on best practices and excellent coffee preparation and presentation *Actively seeking opportunities to optimize processes, improve work flow and maintain a healthy and positive culture *Learning and mastering brewing methods, beverage blends, beverage preparation, and presentation techniques to improve overall quality. *Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter *Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls *Building relationships with customers and providing a professional, personalized experience *Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00/hour.

About Red Bicycle Coffee: The Red Bicycle Coffee Shop originated in Chapel Hill NC in 2008. We have expanded our brand with 2 locations in Nashville TN. Located in Germantown and Woodbine.
