SalaryPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule & Perform Mid-year, Annual and Move-in evaluations on single family residences (SFR)
- Perform weekly Vacant Property checks and "Safety" Checks
- Secure properties after move-out
- Work with Property Managers for consistency in the evaluation process
- Manage the Lockbox system together with the Keying system
- Post Notices when necessary
- Be available to Portfolio team for field work to asisst
- Notify Maintenance Coordinators & Property Managers of items on evaluations or drive-bys that need attention
- Look for proactive or preventive maintenance items at all properties
- Attend Code Inspections with Property Managers as applicable
Leadership & Business Metrics
- Develop working relationships and integrate with Team
- Contribute to property management and mainteance metrics
Education/Experience Requirements
- Strong critical thinking skills and overall communication skills
- Basic computer skills required w/ability to learn new software
- Customer Service-minded
- Understand laws related to the position
- General Home Inspection/evaluation knowledge
- Common sense and teachable
Job Requirements
- Field Position
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Good sense of Indianapolis and surrounding geography
- Corporate Car provided for fieldwork
- M-F, 8-5 pm, or as necessary to complete job responsibilities. One per month rotation to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 per year
