As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of residential properties. Your duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of tenant relations, from leasing to resolving conflicts
- Ensuring properties are well-maintained and addressing maintenance issues promptly
- Implementing property leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates
- Utilizing Yardi software for property management tasks
- Handling legal administrative tasks related to property management, including lease agreements and evictions
- Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records of property-related information
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Familiarity with Affordable Housing program requirements
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Experience preferred using Yardi or similar property management software
- Ability to oversee property maintenance activities effectively
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Expertise in property leasing procedures to attract and retain tenants
- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
