Property Manager

Southcreek Management Company is currently seeking a highly professional and organized Property Manager to join us in a part-time role in Shelbyville, KY. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels in property management and is committed to fostering positive community environments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the community.
• Achieve leasing objectives and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Efficiently manage and maintain a waiting list of prospective tenants.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Regularly monitor and inspect property grounds and units to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure effective management and upkeep of the community.
• Handle financial responsibilities including rent collection and deposit preparation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
