Property Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Oversee the marketing and advertising efforts to attract and retain tenants.
- Conduct property tours and screenings to potential tenants.
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment.
- Maintain accurate records of all property transactions, including leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Stay updated on local laws and regulations pertaining to property management.

• Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Appfolio or other property management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle conflict management and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and best practices.
- Understanding of property maintenance principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
