Who we Need
We are currently searching for our next Property and Facilities Manager I (PFM). The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in the facilities and property management functions for a portfolio of existing and future facilities and properties. Primary responsibilities include:
· Playing a primary role in the facilities and property management program for an established portfolio of existing commercial and select residential facilities for the company and client across multiple locations in Colorado and Wyoming.
· Providing customer facing services and acting as liaison with the client related to the overall facilities program. Be available and responsive to immediately attend to client questions or concerns and provide continued follow through.
· Responding to property management issues and emergencies as they arise. Keep detailed tracking of issues and provide status updates. Use applicable software to assist in these efforts.
· Utilizing established management programs and systems, identifying additional proactive measures and systems for a comprehensive facilities oversight program, while striving to achieve client satisfaction. Creating and using management tools, software programs, and templates for implementation for developing a comprehensive, efficient, and complete property management oversight program.
· Playing a key role in the creation of the annual facilities program budget and managing the budget through the course of the year.
· Performing thorough site inspections of all facilities and responding to onsite property management issues as required, keeping detailed photo documentation and notes on issues.
· Reviewing, verifying, coding, and processing facilities invoices and distributing payments.
· Forging relationships with clients, team members, and a variety of vendors and service providers.
· Proactively keeping extensive detailed logs, photographs, cost detail, invoicing, and tracking documentation of facility and property management issues and occurrences. Creating thorough and detailed documentation backup packages for internal and external entities.
What you will bring to the position:
The successful candidate will be able to work independently with limited supervision to prioritize workload, develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders (both internal and external), and have the ability to juggle multiple projects and pivot to respond to unplanned situations as they arise. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and thorough in tracking issues and communicating with customers. and will be resourceful and quick to respond to problems as they arise. Top requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business/finance, or real estate, or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in property management, construction management, or real estate development.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client locations (Colorado and Wyoming), is required.

Salary Range: $88,000 - $103,000
