SalaryJob Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Rental Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owner Relations:
- Respond promptly to owners in all aspects.
- Tenant Relations:
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants.
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Property Maintenance:
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Financial Management:
- Set and collect rent payments.
- Marketing and Occupancy:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Work towards achieving maximum occupancy.
- Legal Compliance:
- Stay informed about local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Ensure property compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
