A Property Accounting Assistant works directly with an Accountant on a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include reconciling monthly bank statements on their assigned portfolio, auditing resident ledgers, posting payroll expenses, completing ACH forms, scanning and filing deposits from properties, preparing and making journal entries, and printing AP checks and their corresponding check registers for Accountants. Compensation is between $19-22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- MS Office (especially Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
- Proven 2+ years of Accounting experience including general ledger responsibilities, such as: coding and posting of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and Month-end closing procedures/reporting.
- Experience using Onesite
