Position Summary
The primary function of this role is to proof orders that have been entered into the system.
Position Details
- Proofing of orders
- Performs administrative tasks related to customer information and orders
- Process orders for products and materials
- Making sure all aspects of the purchase order match what is in the system and making corrections as needed
- Coding orders so they proceed to the plant for production
- Communicating with Customer Service Reps with information relative to order holds
- Work closely with order entry
Position Requirements
- Must be detail oriented and precise
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Job commitment
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Must be able to focus on their work with others talking around them
- Outstanding computer skills including Office, Lotus Notes, SAP, communication systems
- SAP experience desired
