- PC must have Windows 10 or recent w/ 8GB of RAM and 200 GB Hard Drive or SSD
- Quiet area set up with no distractions or loud noises

TRAINING:
- NO weekend training, initial training is two weeks
- Online training courses with hands-on nesting, and mentoring

REQUIRED HOURS:
Sales BDC operational hours are Mon- Fri 8AM - 10PM, Sat 11AM - 9PM, and Sun 10AM - 5PM
- Rotating weekends with alternate day off during the week
- Up to 40 hours per week for Full Time with opportunity for OT
- Up to 29 hours per week for Part Time
- Must exhibit punctuality and reliability in regards to work schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role consultants will make outbound calls to potential customers on behalf of dealership with the intention of coming to a final resolution:
This includes:
- Outbound calls to customers on behalf of dealerships, nationwide
- No cold calling, leads are generated from web leads
- Average of at least 700 calls per pay period in/outbound
- Conversion of scheduled appointments to actual shows
- Scheduling sales appointments or car show appointments and inputting customer details in the dealership's CRM
- Manage and Document Process in respective CRM tool and Software(s)
- Utilize excellent spelling and grammatical skills to relay written messages as required
- Performing other duties as needed and assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associate's Degree is a PLUS
- 35+ WPM
- Professional and friendly phone skills
- Ability to work rotating weekend
- Ability to multi-task and navigating multiple software(s) (concurrently)
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Professional work ethic
- Proven conversion statistics
- Dealership / Inside Sales Experience is a PLUS
COMPENSATION/PAYROLL SCHEDULE
- Variable Compensation
- Base pay starts at $16 per hour
- Monthly Variable Bonus Pay for Performance, EACH PAY PERIOD
- Semi-monthly payroll with check dates on the 15th and last day of the month
- 1st-15th paid out on the last day of the month
- 16th - last day of the month is paid out on the 15th of the following month
