Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Custom Millwork projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of projects, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and client expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of Custom Millwork production, ensuring that products meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project team members.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project-specific details.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a Custom Millwork or woodworking environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of Custom Millwork industry standards and best practices.
