Position Summary:
Responsible for all facets of project management tasks associated with construction and renovation
projects.
Education/License
4 year / Bachelor's Degree
Experience
3-5 yrs.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of all building systems and equipment, knowledge of and experience working with Uniform Building Code and Life Safety Code, A.1.A documents asbestos abatement, electrical and building maintenance, HVAC and energy conservation.
- Ability to design/read blueprints.
- Experience in writing contract specifications and coordinating bidding activities.
- Experience in dealing effectively with representatives from different trades and contractors.
- Professional level knowledge of engineering and plant operations/maintenance.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Auto Cad experience.
