Job Description
- Coordination with Service Providers, Equipment Providers and Customers
- Network and equipment documentation
- Work with automated database and software
- Utilize excellent communication skills
- Prioritize and work independently
- Provide quality, timely, and accurate management of any issues within functional area of responsibility
- Create and maintain detailed network documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
