Radco Roofing, a well-established commercial roofing contractor company located in Mount Holly, NC, is on the lookout for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
At Radco Roofing, we specialize in commercial and industrial roof construction and exterior building maintenance. With a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we've earned a stellar reputation as a leader in the roofing industry. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are in need of a dedicated Project Coordinator.
Goals and Objectives:
The PM Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project related data, billings and documentation for project reviews. This includes preparation, support and tracking for all production projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure accurate costs and variances for all production projects
- Ensure data from project system is available in timely, manageable and accurate manner
- Prepare timely billings
- Perform collections activities
- Submit all close out and warranty documentation
- Support Project Managers with post job review package
- Manage all telecommunications for the organization
- Other projects as needed
