Project Coordinator: Plays a critical role in supporting and facilitating the successful execution of projects to meet our customer’s request. The specific duties and responsibilities of Project Coordinator may vary to include the day-to-day coordination of sale order generation, submittal(s), approval(s), engineering changes, interdepartmental communications and delivery of a project, ensuring deliverables are on track.
Project Planning and Scheduling
- Collaborate with sales representative to develop detailed project plans.
- Create and maintain project schedules including submittals, notes and other tasked items to ensure deadline are met.
- Coordinate resources and activities to achieve customers projected goals.
Communication, Collaboration and Coordination
- Be the liaison between Paddock Pool Equipment departments and customers.
- Facilitate communication and ensure that all departments are well informed about project objectives, specifications, timelines and changes.
- Schedule and organize regular updates to project schedule, discussions and decisions.
- Coordinate and execute task and actions according to project requirements and plans.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, project specifications.
- Prepare and regular progress updates to customers and sales.
- Organize documentation to ensure current changes, request and approvals are noted.
Risk and Budget Management
- Identify potential risk and issues that may impact deliverable date requested by customer.
- Work with other departments to determine risk, lead times and strategy.
- Ensure proactive responses to other departments and customers as needed to meet project expectations.
- Monitor project shipping expenses ensure that with freight stays within budget.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management process.
- Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
- Assist in the procurement of materials required for project.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Project Management, or a related discipline).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Problem-solving and decision- making abilities.
- Detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
