The Hilton Head Island Deep Well Project, a 50-year-old charity on Hilton Head Island, seeks energetic, new team member to help us deliver services to our community. The Deep Well Project provides basic needs assistance and other services to those in need in the Hilton Head community. We are currently a team of 8 staff and 300 volunteers, always looking to expand ways to meet needs in the community. This NEW position will coordinate select programming duties to help us continue to fulfill our mission.
This administrative position reports to the Office/Client Aid Manager and includes overseeing specific tasks to ensure various programs run smoothly. A successful candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to plan and execute multiple tasks independently with different timelines. Additionally, the position requires daily interaction with staff, volunteers, and clients, so excellent communication skills are a necessity, in English and Spanish. Candidate must have strong computer, organization skills, able to work with people from diverse backgrounds, and excel at project/task management.
Minimum qualifications:
- College degree or relevant work experience
- Familiarity with (or able to be a quick learner with) the following computer programs:
o Quickbooks, desktop version
o ACT, client/customer management software
o Little Green Light, donor management software
o Full suite Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
Required qualification:
- Fluency in English and at least conversational Spanish

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
