Energy Efficiency Program Support

- Work as part of the commercial and industrial (C&I) energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation and verification of utility sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed
- Interface with customers and contractors participating in utility sponsored programs
- Monitor and upload incentive applications and assign for review per program policies and procedures
- Review project application forms and submittals by customers, contractors, engineers, consultants and other program participants in order to ascertain compliance with program policies and procedures
- Review invoices for accuracy, as well as tracking program metrics, to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures
- Process paperwork for program incentive payments per established policies and procedures
- Coordinate with or follow up on program quality control activities such as inspections and customer surveys as appropriate
- Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel.
- Requirements for travel are between 3% to 10% of the time. (reimbursement for mileage provided)
- Bachelor's degree in (Business Admin, Energy, Communication, or relate field)
OR - Associates Degree in (Business Admin, Energy, Communication, or relate field) and
- 2+ Years of professional work experience in a coordinator or administrative role
OR - 4+ years of professional work experience in a coordinator or administrative role

- Utility, energy efficiency or equivalent trade experience a plus
- Experience working with databases
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, and ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Comfort in learning and using digital tools
- Experience with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). An advanced understanding of Excel is preferred
