Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Project Coordinator, Marine Business Transformation who will report to the Strategic Planning Manager, Marine Business Transformation and who'll be tasked with helping us deliver business transformation projects. As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You'll be at the forefront of bringing a wide range of business transformation projects from inception to delivery.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of business transformation project activities
Track project progress and communicate updates to the business transformation project team
Organize and maintain business transformation project documentation, including plans, reports, and files
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and create presentations related to business transformation projects
Liaise with stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide/gather regular status updates, and communicate goals and objectives
Identify, monitor and manage project risks and issues; problem solve and implement necessary mitigation strategies
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of business transformation project schedules to ensure timelines are met
Analyze, prepare and distribute business transformation project reports, presentations, budget and other deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business transformation project goals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business transformation project management processes
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business related field
1+ years of experience in similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Proven experience in project coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a focus on quality deliverables
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred:
Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strategic mindset with ability to connect the dots
