Responsibilities:
- Working with a Lead Technician and the Sales Department you will create a quote for our clients. This will include entering in projected labor hours, materials, photos, and measurements.
- You will be the main point of contact throughout the project and help resolve issues as they arise.
- You will schedule staff, vendors, and suppliers to make sure the project runs smooth, on time, and under budget.
- You will track expenses, order supplies, and help the Leads so they have what they need to complete the project.
- You will go onsite to the project to monitor the progress and to help as needed.
- Regular communication with the onsite Lead and the client.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a Construction Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager.
- Highly organized, detail orientated, and tech savvy.
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Desire to lead a team by example, roll up your sleeves, and get the job done.
- Like a variety of projects from the small to the large.
