We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and completion of communication, marketing, and operations projects. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent social media and communication abilities, and a passion for project coordination, you're encouraged to apply.

Duties:

- Assist with project planning, including creating project schedules and timelines

- Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines

- Design slide presentations using Canva and PowerPoint

- Coordinate and facilitate online community engagement initiatives

- Support marketing and communication projects

- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise

- Assist with budget tracking and cost control measures

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a communications-related field

- Proficiency in Canva, social media, and Microsoft applications

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
