Position Summary
The Project Coordinator for Reimagining Residency Grant position is a temporary, part time position to work directly with the UNC School of Medicine. The Project Coordinator will help to oversee activities related to the grant. Three main activities will be a part of the job profile: 1) Quality Improvement Leadership Program ( QUILP) (20%). The incumbent will facilitate calendar management for participants, plan events (dinners, meetings), take notes and prepare minutes during meetings. 2) Health Equity Engaged Leaders Program ( HEEL) (20%). The incumbent will facilitate calendar management for participants, plan events (dinners, meetings), take notes and prepare minutes during meetings. 3) Competency Based Medical Education for medical school. (60%). The incumbent will adjust PowerPoint presentations with updates and collect and help to analyze data.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Calendar management, planning/organizing, taking meeting notes and following up on actionable items, follow up with group participants skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Basic data analytic skills preferred.
