Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and prioritize work contents based on project deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee various aspects of projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers and members of the operations team on different projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of an office environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of urgency for completing work assignments.
Qualifications:
- Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Aerospace industry
- Aerospace experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- English speaking, reading, writing, listening capacity
