Responsible for projectmanagement of new website design, development, testing, and deploying. The endgoal is to provide a great brand experience for our website users and togenerate increased enrollment of students.  Essential Job Functions:    1.      Local project manager for OSU-OKC. 2.      Develops, tests, documents, and provides leadership of work on integrating old website and content to new website and content.3.      Will help design and develop content.4.      Continuously evaluates the design and functionality of new site and provides recommendations for improvements to staff and leadership.5.      Analyzes performance of websites and takes action to correct deficiencies.6.      Makes sure website is meeting marketing needs of OSU-OKC.7.      Provides a minimum of weekly status report updates for current projects.8.      Participates in the development and deployment of the new website.9.      Participates in the development and implementation of new business processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity. 10.  Completes all mandatory training each year.11.  Performs other duties as assigned. Theduties listed in this job description are intended only as illustrations of thevarious types of work that may be performed. Special Instructions to Applicants Resume and cover letter are required for full consideration.Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism/Broadcasting, Advertising and graphic design or related field. Work Experience:  
    8+ years in marketing and website development/oversite.Experience in Education websites.Strong experience using Adobe products for creating/editing graphics and website artifacts (Dreamweaver, Fireworks or Photoshop, Illustrator).Experience applying best practices including change management, effective error handling and performance instrumentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
    Track record of successful marketing/website oversite.Experience with digital marketing.WordPress development and configuration.
 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
    ·         Ability to develop for Omni website platform.·         Excellent responsive web design skills using CSS and HTML, and able to quickly prototype  web page layouts.·         Understanding of content management systems.·         Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical personnel.·         Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.·         Enjoys solving problems and providing the best possible solutions.·         Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.·         Possess skills for designing and developing modern-looking and highly effective web pages and content.·         Current with new technology.·         Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.·         Ability to communicate diplomatically, clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing to exchange information, give/receive instructions and respond to inquiries appropriately.·         Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to a multicultural environment in an effort to work and communicate effectively with all students, faculty, staff and community partners.·         High degree of initiative to work independently and also collaborate in a team environment.·         Demonstrated knowledge of office technologies including but not limited to: office computers, fax machines, scanners, internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).·         Passion for assisting customers and representing the OSU-OKC and OSU brand with positivity and professionalism.·         Demonstrated history of ethical and professional behavior.

 

Working Conditions:  
    Must be able to work flexible hours to include some nights and weekends.Work will be performed in an office environment with a significant amount of public contact, in person, by telephone, via email, and various communication platforms.
Physical Requirements:
    Duties require extended periods of sitting, talking, and listening.Duties require extensive use of computers, telephone, and other office equipment.Requires possible lifting of up to 25 lbs. (If an object weights more than 45 lbs., OSU-Oklahoma City requires this to be a two-person lift).
