Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Marlborough, MA, 01752
Duration: 4+ months (Possibility of extension)
Job Responsibilities:
- Tracking, processing, checking suitability, and reporting on submitted licensure facility application data.
- Communicates with submitters, both verbally and in writing as needed, regarding incomplete and/or required information.
- Data entry into licensure unit databases, preparation of written reports, compiling data metrics, assisting with data quality checks, create spreadsheets.
- Participate in workgroup triage sessions, and coordinate with surveyors, supervisors, managers and other internal staff.
- Provide insight and recommendations on workflow and identify issues of note.
