Project Coordinator - Estimated 6 Month Contract
Location: Tulsa, OK
Description:
Perform entry level activities related to communicating, compiling and editing pipeline project data along with managing and prioritizing pipeline installation and replacement projects.
Decisions will be based upon asset management risk frameworks to adjust and develop multiyear work plans. Develop and maintain various reports to monitor Asset Management activities .
Will require high level of communication skills and must be able to present to various work groups.
Generates prioritized work plans based on value to the organization; including but not limited to: risk reduction, efficiency gain, system improvement, and cost avoidance.
Work plans are generated based on inputs into the Asset Investment Planning and Management (AIPM) software. Prepare prioritized information for engineering, operations and Resource Management.
Support effort to conduct the change control process involving the annual work plan by analyzing data and creating reports to present to assist in decision making regarding changes.
Generate Asset Investment Planning and Management (AIPM) reports that evaluate the following areas:
Actual vs. planned
Approval process estimation
EOY asset completion reports
Ad hoc queries and reports
Position Requirements:
- Apply the asset management risk framework philosophy to work type investments across the various work groups:
- Planned capital work
- Emergent work
- Communicate with the Resource Management group regarding approved asset investments.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain data related to Capital and O&M budgeting, project prioritization and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project plans, preferably asset based.
- Demonstrated ability to create reports and monitor asset activity within an application, preferably AIPM or alternatively investment/asset management software.
- Demonstrated ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles.
- Build and maintain project plans, preferably asset based.
- Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers, desktop software and financial IT applications.
- Working knowledge or training related to:
- Internal control concepts
- Interpersonal/communication skills
- Natural gas and distribution industry
- Demonstrated ability in researching, planning and facilitating process reviews and preparing related recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and presenting information to individuals and groups
