Job Summary:
Provide project support to the project team, including documentation management. This position supports multiple projects by providing general administrative functions including creating and maintaining project related logs, composing correspondence, preparing and monitoring reports and processing submittals for shop drawings, material data, samples, and product data.
Essential Functions and Duties Include:
- Process and track project submittals for shop drawings, material data, samples, and product data for multiple projects
- Provide project support including document management and bidding support
- Create construction logs as needed. Review for accuracy, process and monitor ball-in-court for submittals and RFI’s
- Collect and process certified payroll reports
- Provide estimating support
- Process security badging for employees and subcontractors for KSC, CCSFS, PSFS
- Preparation of project field books
- Collect and distribute time sheets
- General support to field superintendents
Required Experience:
Minimum experience required is three (3) years of experience in construction project support with emphasis on submittal and certified payroll processing. Experience with certified payroll, and submittals is a must. Must have proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully complete the National
Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
