• Highly dependable with excellent work attendance record
• Detail oriented with excellent accuracy
• Knowledge of and experience with quoting processes
• Experience troubleshooting discrepancies in the order process
• Knowledge of managing purchase orders and contracts
• Ability to manage and respond to electronic communication in a timely manner
• Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Project Management experience preferred

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and respond to electronic and phone communication daily
• Resolve issues with customers contractors, building project managers
• Meet with department leaders to discuss custom delivery schedules
• Respond professionally to customers and project managers
• Coordinate purchase orders and quotes
• Track schedules for multiple orders
• Use KPI's to monitor team performance
• Monitor material orders
• Prepare order information
• Available and willing to work overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to sit at a desk for periods of time
• Ability to work in an open office environment
• Ability to walk or stand for short periods

EXPECTED HOURS

• Availability to work 8 hours per day and additional overtime hours Monday
• Friday
• Availability to start work before regular shift and remain after shift
