- Experience troubleshooting discrepancies in the order process
- Knowledge of managing purchase orders and contracts
- Ability to manage and respond to electronic communication in a timely manner
- Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Project Management experience preferred
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and respond to electronic and phone communication daily
- Resolve issues with customers contractors, building project managers
- Meet with department leaders to discuss custom delivery schedules
- Respond professionally to customers and project managers
- Coordinate purchase orders and quotes
- Track schedules for multiple orders
- Use KPI's to monitor team performance
- Monitor material orders
- Prepare order information
- Available and willing to work overtime as needed
- Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to sit at a desk for periods of time
- Ability to work in an open office environment
- Ability to walk or stand for short periods
EXPECTED HOURS
- Availability to work 8 hours per day and additional overtime hours Monday
- Friday
- Availability to start work before regular shift and remain after shift
