Job Description:
- The Project Coordinator supports the Manager, Member Outreach, and engagement with member outreach and engagement programs that fulfill the contract requirements for the company’s dental health plans – currently for government contracts with the possible expansion to other lines of business.
- The Member Outreach and Engagement Specialist assists with interpreting the contract requirements and then builds project plans for member outreach and engagement programs.
- Track programs and make modifications, as needed.
- The Project Coordinator works with the creative team, the marketing team, the many data resources across the company, the RFP response team, the finance and vendor management processes, and the quality team.
