Project Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Oversees general office operations
• Provide required documentation to support ongoing and future construction projects
• Works with management to coordinate requests from vendors and project owners
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinates construction meetings for staff and project owners
• Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding and employee record maintenance
• Tracks, organizes, and reconciles field records to vendor invoices
• Manages benefits systems for employees
• Manages systems for tracking supplies, inventory, and other field items.

Experience:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with ability to self-manage time and priorities
• Knowledge of Construction
• Ability to work with and track multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Ballast Point Construction is seeking to fill a Project Assistant Position. We are a fast-growing heavy civil construction company looking to fill a business office manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our current and future construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
