Responsibilities:
- Oversees general office operations
- Provide required documentation to support ongoing and future construction projects
- Works with management to coordinate requests from vendors and project owners
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinates construction meetings for staff and project owners
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding and employee record maintenance
- Tracks, organizes, and reconciles field records to vendor invoices
- Manages benefits systems for employees
- Manages systems for tracking supplies, inventory, and other field items.
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with ability to self-manage time and priorities
- Knowledge of Construction
- Ability to work with and track multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Spanish

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
