We are an early-intervention treatment provider seeking caring and passionate individuals to join out team and help our clients reach their full potential through Applied Behavior Analysis! Our clinic serves children with autism spectrum disorder, behavior deficits, and other developmental delays. The role of a behavior therapist is to use skills learned through training to help improve the daily lives of our clients.
Therapists are trained to implement individualized therapeutic programming to children in 1:1 environments within clinical and/or community settings. Therapists participate in a training protocol that providers instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of maladaptive behaviors, social skills development, and data collection techniques applicable to our client needs.
