Unique client with great positive culture is looking hire a Project Accountant to their team.
- Looking for about 4+ years of experience in similar capacity. project accounting, bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable (AR), billing/invoicing, reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and travel & expense reports.
- Required to come out of construction, architectural, engineering, or design type of industry.
- They use a system called "BillQuick" which connects to QuickBooks.
- Position with set up new jobs.
- Prepare monthly invoicing, job costing, allocate hours on jobs, little collections, (more like follow up, correspondence is all).
- They may eventually take on expense reporting
- Projects are smaller and turn fast. Probably 150 projects at a time.
- Monthly sending out 90 invoices
- % of completion
- Schedule of Values
- Payment application
- Work closely with project/principal in charge
